Newburgh, Indiana: Dr. Paul Morrison, OB/GYN, has moved to new, larger office space and has enlarged his staff by four full-time team members. The new offices, located at 4727 Rosebud Lane, Suite D in Newburgh, Indiana, feature state-of-the-art technology including 3-D ultrasound, 8 fully equipped patient rooms, same day appointments, an outpatient surgical suite and a large conference room.

Elisa Morrison, Dr. Morrison’s spouse and practice manager, explained their decision to move into larger quarters, “Our mission is to make sure every pregnant woman in the tri-state has access to the highest quality prenatal care. The need in the community is great and we required more staff and updated equipment so we could provide quality prenatal care for every woman.”

Paul and Elisa Morrison have developed a unique pre-approval system for uninsured women. This allows every woman to receive critical early pregnancy care, improving healthy births for both mother and child.

Joining the practice is Dr. Stanley Taraska whose 40+ years of urgent care experience allow the office to offer non-OB/GYN care. For example, a pregnant patient who has the flu, or who has an ear ache, can step into Dr. Taraska’s office for an immediate visit while seeing her obstetrician.

In addition to Dr. Taraska, full-time ultrasonographer, Anita Hacker, and full-time registered nurse, Kristi Maxwell has joined the Morrison practice. CST, Mary Shultz, is also a new hire. The practice provides insurance advocacy, 3-D ultrasound, prenatal care and gynecological care for women of all ages.

Dr. Morrison is an Evansville native, graduate of Reitz Memorial High School with a BA from Wabash College, MD from Indiana University School of Medicine and Certified Diplomat and Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He practiced for 7 years in an office located within Deaconess Women’s Hospital.   He and his wife Elisa have five children and live in Newburgh, Indiana.
